दोस्ती में परखना मत, भरोसा कम होता है

दोस्ती में परखना मत, भरोसा कम होता है,
इबादत में खलल पड़े, तो सजदा कम होता है,

दौलत, ज्ञान हो अगर, रब का करो शुक्रिया,
पर उजाला बाटने से ही, अँधेरा कम होता है,

इधर मदद की आपने, और उधर जता दिया,
ऐसा करने में,  दुवावो का असर कम होता है,

अगर तूफ़ान के सफ़र में कोई हम राह हो साथ,
तो हिम्मत हौसला बढ़ता, और डर कम होता है,

ख़ुशी, गम छुपाकर क्या जोड़ रहा है मुसाफिर,
बाटने से ख़ुशी बढती, और गम कम होता है,

तू क्यूँ ...............

तू क्यूँ जिंदगी जीना है चाहता?
जब बारिश के डर से, पतंग नहीं है उडाता।

तू क्यूँ  औरो पर ऊँगली हें उठाता?
खुद सच कहने से  है डरता, सच्चाई जानना है चाहता।


तू क्यूँ वीरानियो से है घबराता?
कोई अपना तो क्या अँधेरे में साया भी छोड़ है जाता ,

तू क्यूँ दुसरो को है समझाता?
पत्थर तू है खुद, दुसरो को मोम बनाना है चाहता।

तू क्यूँ इबादत को  है भटकता ?
रब खुद है तुझमें  तू मंदिर मस्जिद है करता।

तू क्यूँ इज्ज़त है चाहता?
देने को तेरे पास न है कुछ  फिर भी नहीं है कमाता।

तू क्यूँ खुदको बादशाह है समझता?
औरो की नजरो से देख, क्या आईना कभी है सच कहता।

Feeling uneasy, feeling sleepless

After a long sleep, i woke today to write in, thanks to uneasiness, my body temperature is about 102® Fahrenheit and because of sound sleep in the day time i am feeling sleepless in the night.

This sleeplessness is somewhat similar to the sleeplessness
